London Richmond has achieved high profits on their property developments and they completed a listing on the stock exchange in January 2023, at a market capitalization of £63.3m.

They are looking to increase our market capitalisation to £150m by 2027, which will be achieved if they hit their projected financial forecasts. They are now focusing on large family houses to develop, with each one yielding profits of £1m+. Properties are purchased in the most desirable areas in London, which has been in the top 3 most resilient global property markets for the last 3 decades. Properties in London have increased in value 4x over the past 25 years and it is very easy to sell the properties quickly on the open market. Demand far outstrips supply in London.

The company has a flawless track record of paying investors on time, in excess of 5 years, with 20 rounds of quarterly income and capital repayments. There have been zero defaults to date.

The company has made all interest and capital repayments over the last 5-years, with record profits posted in 2023, despite of the following major political and economic events;
* Brexit
* Covid lockdowns
* Russia/Ukraine War
* Israel/Hamas War
* Base rates increased from 0.1% to 5.25%
* Inflation increasing to over 12%

In the event of default, the assets of the business would be sold and the net proceeds from those assets would be returned to investors. London Richmond owns a large portfolio of properties and has assets of over £30m. This is significantly higher than the investor debt held by the company. The company aims to maintain a debt to equity ratio of a maximum of 75%, giving a good level of headroom for investors. London Richmond is also able to offer an additional layer of security to investors due to its listing on the stock exchange. This is done by providing any investors with shares in the business to the amount of 125% of the investment they make, if requested.
