London Richmond is achieving good profits on our property developments and they completed a listing on the stock exchange in January 2022, at a market capitalization of £63.3m.

They are looking to increase our market capitalization to £200m by 2027, which will be achieved if they hit their projected financial forecasts. They are now focusing more on large family houses to develop, with each one yielding profits of at least £300,000 and we have become very good at this type of niche property – the development we are currently doing in Wimbledon will yield a profit over £1m.

Each Property has a Current Market Value which is today’s value and not based on other factors such as redevelopment plans etc.

We buy Properties between 25% and 40% below the Current Market Value.

Properties are then flipped, developed & sold or developed & refinanced.

London Richmond targets a profit of £1m on each project we purchase.

We buy Existing Properties in one of London Richmond’s 7 Preferred Areas.

With our profits London Richmond Buys and Sells more properties to Keep Growing.

The company invests into real estate assets 25-40% below market value, meaning the potential to recover initial investment is much higher than if buying land or properties, which are purchased at market price.

All the properties are based in London, which is the most resilient property market globally. This means the properties are not only likely to increase in value once purchased, but also quick and easy to sell on the open market. Demand far outstrips supply in the capital.


The company has a flawless track record of paying investors on time, in excess of 4 years, with over 19 rounds of quarterly income and capital repayments. There have been zero defaults to date.

All payments have continued to be met, with record profits posted in 2023, despite of the following major political and economic events;

The management team have been working in the London market since 1998 and have a team of experts who have delivered over 50 projects.

The company is significantly profitable, posting £2.0m profit after tax in 2022 to companies house.

The company is listed on the Merj Stock Exchange at a value of £63m GBP. This allows the company to manage cash flow, by raising equity as well as debt on their balance sheet.

If the targets of the company are achieved, LR believe the share price will increase £15.00 by 2027 giving a market capitalisation of £150,000,000.

In the event of default, the assets of the business would be sold and the net proceeds of those assets would be returned to investors. London Richmond owns 21 properties (Nov 2024) valued at £26 million approx and holds investor debt of £17m representing a debt to equity ratio of 65%.

London Richmond is also able to offer an additional layer of security to investors due to its listing on the stock exchange. This is done by providing investors with shares in the business to the amount of 125% of the investment they make.
